CoreID Capacity & Add-ons
Each plan includes a CoreID allowance that determines how many AI systems your organization can register and manage. If your needs grow, additional CoreID capacity can be added as needed.
Add-ons increase capacity only. They do not change the features available on your plan.
Additional CoreID capacity is available on Starter, Growth, and Professional plans. Enterprise plans include custom overage terms agreed at the contract level.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my plan's CoreID limit?
On plans with overage capacity, additional CoreIDs beyond your plan's base allowance are automatically available at a per-CoreID rate, and you can disable or cap overage at any time. The Lite plan has no overage capacity, so you would upgrade to register more.
Existing records remain unaffected.
Do additional CoreIDs unlock new features?
No. Add-ons only increase how many AI systems you can register; they do not change the features available on your plan.
Can I add and remove CoreID capacity?
Capacity can be added at any time. Reductions apply at the next billing cycle and require that current usage falls within the new limit.

Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing offers a 15% discount. Overage, where applicable, is billed monthly in arrears.

CoreID is launching soon - register your interest. All plans will include a 14-day free trial at launch.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. Billing is managed directly through your account.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
