Every AI system receives a globally unique CoreID - a persistent identifier that anchors all governance, compliance, and audit records across the system's entire lifecycle. This identity persists through version updates, ownership changes, and regulatory evolution.

Capture model metadata, deployment context, risk classification, version lineage, and internal governance records. Structure change logs, audit notes, and oversight decisions. All private by default. All auditable when needed.

CoreID maps your structured governance data to 12 AI governance frameworks and standards including EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles. Compliance profiles are generated automatically based on declared attributes, deployment context, and risk tier.

Generate timestamped, versioned compliance records tied to each CoreID. Control what's publicly visible through the CoreID Registry. Maintain structured snapshots based on disclosed information that regulators, partners, and procurement teams can review, while proprietary system details stay private unless you choose to share them.

When AI systems are acquired, transferred, or reorganized, the CoreID persists. Governance records, compliance history, and audit trails follow the system, not the organization.
