Cookie Policy.
This Cookie Policy explains how Velari Protocol Pty Ltd ("CoreID") uses cookies and similar technologies across the CoreID platform, including the Enterprise Portal and the Public CoreID Registry. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are commonly used to enable core functionality, maintain secure sessions, and improve user experience.
Cookies do not typically contain information that directly identifies you.
2. How We Use Cookies
CoreID uses cookies only where necessary to operate the platform securely and reliably.
At launch, CoreID uses essential cookies only.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform and cannot be disabled.
Essential cookies are used to:
- authenticate users
- maintain secure login sessions
- protect against unauthorized access
- ensure platform stability and security
Without these cookies, the Enterprise Portal cannot function properly.
Analytics Cookies
CoreID does not use third-party analytics cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly service, to measure aggregate site traffic. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and collects no personal data - visitors are counted using anonymized signals only.
You can opt out of analytics at any time using the "Decline analytics" option in our cookie notice.
4. Third-Party Cookies
CoreID does not permit third parties to place cookies on the platform for advertising or behavioral-tracking purposes. CoreID does use an error-monitoring and diagnostics service (Sentry) that may collect technical and diagnostic data, used solely to detect and fix problems, not for advertising.
Our Book a Demo page embeds a scheduling page provided by Calendly. When you open that page, Calendly may set its own cookies or similar storage on your device under its own privacy policy.
Any service providers involved in operating the platform are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
5. Managing Cookies
Essential cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. Analytics are cookieless, and you can accept or decline them at any time using our cookie notice; your choice is stored locally in your browser, not in a cookie.
You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies; however, doing so may prevent you from accessing or using the Enterprise Portal.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how cookies are used or to meet legal requirements.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
