CoreID may be used solely for lawful, authorized organizational governance, compliance, recordkeeping, and AI system management purposes.

Users must:

• Act within the scope of their organizational authority
• Submit accurate and complete information
• Use the platform in good faith
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users and organizations must not:

2.1 Misrepresentation & Fraud

• Submit false, altered, misleading, or fraudulent verification documentation
• Misrepresent organizational identity or authority
• Falsely claim registry validation or verification status
• Attempt to impersonate another organization

2.2 Circumvention of Verification Controls

• Attempt to bypass organizational verification requirements
• Attempt to manipulate verification status classifications
• Attempt to circumvent registry validation mechanisms
• Interfere with, manipulate, or attempt to disrupt automated registry validation processes
• Interfere with subsidiary verification inheritance controls

2.3 Platform Abuse & Automated Misuse

• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to generate excessive activity
• Attempt to overwhelm the platform through abnormal submission, invitation, or organizational structuring behavior
• Engage in activity designed to evade velocity monitoring systems
• Attempt to probe, test, or bypass security controls
• Attempt to interfere with or degrade platform performance for other users
• Share, transfer, or allow unauthorized access to account credentials

2.4 Misuse of Governance Features

• Use CoreID issuance mechanisms to create misleading or deceptive public representations
• Register AI systems without appropriate internal governance authority
• Alter, suppress, falsify, or manipulate governance records

2.5 Unlawful Use

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Store or process content that violates applicable law
• Upload malicious code, harmful content, or security exploits

2.6 Public Registry & Representation Misuse

• Misrepresent the meaning, scope, or legal effect of CoreID verification classifications
• Use CoreID status labels in a misleading or deceptive manner outside the platform
• Publicly imply governmental endorsement, regulatory approval, or legal certification where none exists, in connection with CoreID verification classifications
• Manipulate registry visibility settings to create deceptive public impressions
• Use CoreID branding or status indicators in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Service

2.7 Data Extraction & Scraping

• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform or public registry
• Attempt to systematically download, replicate, or reconstruct platform records
• Circumvent technical controls designed to limit data access or rate of access

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

CoreID may monitor usage patterns and activity levels to detect misuse, abuse, fraud, or security risks.

CoreID reserves the right to:

• Restrict or suspend access
• Downgrade or reclassify verification status
• Disable subsidiary structures
• Limit feature access
• Terminate accounts for material or repeated violations

Enforcement actions may occur with or without prior notice where necessary to protect platform integrity or comply with legal obligations.
