The identity & obligation layer for AI

Governance,
in motion.

Give every AI system a living identity. When you register or update it, CoreID surfaces the obligations that apply across thirteen governance and regulatory instruments, and holds the evidence to prove it.

The problem

Most enterprises can't prove their AI.

Fragmented spreadsheets. Disconnected tools. No single source of truth, and AI systems evolving faster than the documentation meant to govern them. When a regulator, auditor or board member asks for your AI compliance records, can you produce them?

What CoreID is

The system of record
for enterprise AI.

For teams facing audit, procurement and regulatory review, CoreID does three jobs at once, from a single register.

01 · Identity

A registered identity

Every AI system gets a persistent CoreID, the credential its whole governance record is built on. Records are private by default; when the public registry is enabled, organizations have the option to publish their models there.

02 · Obligations

Obligations, surfaced

The obligations that apply are surfaced across thirteen instruments, each tagged required-by-law or recommended, and kept current as the law changes.

03 · Evidence

Evidence & audit trail

Documents, sign-offs and every version captured as a timestamped, append-only record, the proof a regulator or buyer asks to see.

Ahead of the deadlines

The EU AI Act arrives in stages.
CoreID tracks every one.

And it doesn't apply the same way to every company. Your obligations depend on your system type, your role as provider or deployer, its risk classification, and where it operates, and they phase in on different dates. CoreID tracks all of it, so your record reflects the requirements in effect today, not a stale countdown.

Why is this complex?

The EU AI Act creates different obligations depending on your role.

Providers

Companies that develop or supply AI systems face conformity assessments, technical documentation requirements, and registration obligations for high-risk systems.

Deployers

Companies that use AI systems may face transparency obligations and human-oversight requirements, and certain deployers must carry out fundamental-rights impact assessments. Some companies are both.

Risk classification matters

High-risk AI systems, in healthcare, finance, hiring and critical infrastructure, carry the heaviest obligations. Certain AI systems are subject to specific transparency requirements. General-purpose AI models have a separate enforcement track.

Who it's for

Built for teams that can't afford to get this wrong.

Financial Services

Banks, insurers and fintechs deploying AI in credit scoring, fraud detection and risk decisioning, where regulatory scrutiny is highest.

Healthcare & Life Sciences

AI systems influencing diagnostics, treatment pathways and clinical decisions, where governance directly affects patient safety.

Government & Public Sector

Public-sector AI in citizen services, defense and law enforcement, where accountability and transparency are mandated.

Enterprise Technology

AI-native companies and SaaS platforms embedding intelligence across products, where governance must scale with deployment.
